By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the tg77u platform — including any game, promotion, payment feature, or account service offered at tg77u — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and tg77u (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg77u platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one tg77u account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during tg77u registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on tg77u.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any tg77u game, particularly in live poker, bingo, or sportsbook contests.

• Your account is being used by or on behalf of a third party.

In the event of a closure resulting from a violation of these Terms, tg77u reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where no violation is found and the closure is initiated by tg77u for regulatory reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
